Custom imprinted product ordering

Select your custom product - click on the order button and follow the ordering process. You can either submit your secure order online or you can print it out and mail it, along with your payment method, to us.

Layout - can be faxed, e-mailed or mailed.

Proofing - Once we receive your information we generally begin processing your order the same day. You will receive either a layout proof from us (within 24-48 hours normally) and/or then you may receive one more proof, from our printer, before it is printed.

Artwork requirement - needs to be camera-ready or provide an IBM PC compatible .tif file at no lower than 300 dpi. You may e-mail your artwork to: reps@impulse.net or see below for our mailing address. If you questions feel free to contact us.Your original artwork is always returned to you, usually within 10-15 days of delivery date of your order.

One-color imprint - If you want to have addtional color(s) to your product you can specify the color(s) on your order blank. Your order will be calculated accordingly and you'll receive an order confirmation from us, along with a total.

Full-color imprint - You'll need to indicate the color(s) you would like your text, logo, etc. to be printed. If you have a photo it will be printed in full color or one color. You'll need to send us a camera-ready photo or artwork (which is returned to you).

Blank product - If you don't want any imprint on your product you can: follow the ordering process online or contact us. There may be minimum purchase requirements.

Setup charge - varies from item to item, depending on the supplier that we use. We always pass the savings along to you. If your artwork is not usable there may be an art charge. You will always be notified beforehand.

Any additional charge(s) - If you want an item that has additional options such as additional colors, certain handling of the item - such as inserting into envelope, etc. can be added to your order once you have placed it. Pricing will be listed near the item you are ordering. You may write a note to us on the order blank page indicating the additional information. If you are unsure about certain costs you can always contact us or request a quote before your order is processed.

Normal production time - is generally 10-15 working days from the time of the final proof approval. Changes to proofs will delay production until all changes are approved. If you have a must-have-delivered-by to meet be sure to check ahead so we can give you our best time estimate. While every effort is made to expedite your order there is no guarantee on production and shipment to meet certain deadlines.

Calendar orders - received during the months of October and November (the cutoff month) may require 25 production days.

Cancellations - are accepted only if merchandise has not been made or imprinted. Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% service charge plus all costs incurred prior to cancellation. 100% if product has been produced.
